OpenMaps.fr is an OpenStreetMap data based free raster maps provider for other Free projects. All free of charge and Open Sourced code. However, servers are not free and it entirely rely on users donations.

It provides both the OpenTopoMap-R ( A clone of the OpenTopoMap) map style :
