What is FediSuite?

FediSuite is an open-source platform that lets you manage multiple Fediverse accounts in one place: write and schedule posts to the minute, automatically split long texts into clean threads, read notifications without leaving the app, and get meaningful analytics on your reach and engagement — all in one interface, across platforms.

It currently supports 18+ platforms: Mastodon, Pixelfed, Vernissage, PeerTube, Misskey, Friendica, Pleroma, Akkoma, Sharkey, Calckey, Firefish, Iceshrimp, Loops, GNU Social, GoToSocial, snac/snac2, Takahē, and Mitra.

You can use FediSuite for free on app.fedisuite.com, or self-host it with Docker on your own server. The entire codebase is GPL-3.0 licensed and lives on Codeberg.

Who is behind it?

My name is Christin Löhner. I develop FediSuite alone and use it myself every single day. No VC money, no growth team, no roadmap driven by investor demands. Bug reports go directly to the person who wrote the code.

The project exists because I needed a solution that handles multiple Fediverse accounts properly, takes accessibility seriously, and doesn't try to monetize me or my data.

Why am I asking for donations?

FediSuite is free for everyone using it — and it's going to stay that way. But real costs still exist:

• Hosted instance at app.fedisuite.com — server, database, domain, email delivery for the free public version
• Surrounding infrastructure — Docker Hub image, test servers, backups
• Development time for new platform integrations, bug fixes, the plugin system, and the native Android app
• Test environments on different Fediverse instances, so edge cases don't surface only in production

Right now I'm paying for all of that out of my own pocket. Donations let me keep developing FediSuite long-term — without ever sliding into a mode where I'd have to squeeze money out of the project. No ads, no premium features behind a paywall, no tracking, no data deals.

What does your donation pay for?

Concretely: ongoing server costs, new features (especially more platform integrations via the plugin system), documentation, and ongoing work on the Android app.

You are not funding a marketing campaign, not funding consultants, and not funding conference travel. You're funding code, servers, and time.

Values I'm not giving up

• GPL-3.0 for the entire stack: frontend, backend, Docker setup, documentation, Android app
• Accessibility as an engineering requirement — not a post-hoc feature. Companion layers for every chart, full keyboard navigation, clean ARIA, BCP-47 language tag per post, alt text as a required field.
• Codeberg instead of GitHub — since v1.4.0 all repositories live under European jurisdiction
• OAuth2 wherever possible — passwords stay on your own instance by default
• No ads, no tracking, no data sharing
